Volunteer with us

Volunteer at Storeroom2010

From a couple of hours a day, to one day a week, you can make a difference to your Island Community.

We would be very pleased to hear from you! You can contact us on 01983 298679, or via email officestoreroom@yahoo.co.uk

You can also download our application form – Volunteer Application Form

Meet new people! Learn new skills! Support a local charity!

Why not consider volunteering on our vans!

• See the island

• Be a part of a small team

• Enjoy the weather (the driver often stops for an ice cream😊)

• Cheaper than the gym 😎

We also offer volunteer opportunities in our shop and warehouse.

Volunteers also often come in to help with cleaning, organising, sorting through stock i.e. crockery, cutlery, bedding etc.

There are many different things you can do here at Storeroom.

We like our volunteers to do something they enjoy when they are with us to make their time given more enjoyable

If you are working towards your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at school and are required to complete some voluntary hours, we can offer Saturday placements.

Any volunteers under the age of 16 WILL NEED parental consent.

Around 50 volunteers have moved from Storeroom into paid work since we opened in 2010.

This fabulous success is why we are always looking for new volunteers to help on their path!
